The Bellevue Parks Department manages “an integrated system of exceptional parks and open space, and offers recreational, cultural and human services programs.”
King County Parks has evolved from 150 acres in 1938 to more than 180 parks, 175 miles of regional trails, and 130 miles of backcountry trails.
The Everett Parks and Recreation Department provides “approximately 1,600 acres of spectacular regional and water front parks, trails, playgrounds, and treasured environmental areas for your enjoyment.” The Parks Department cares for more than 40 parks and two PGA-rated golf courses.
Snohomish County Parks offers “something for everyone” with 102 parks, 10,000 acres and 34 miles of trails.
