There are a number of organizations that offer assistance (educational, financial and other) to first time buyers.
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is a publicly accountable, self-supporting team, dedicated to increasing housing access and affordability and to expanding the availability of quality community services for the people of Washington. The Commission offers a variety of educational classes and programs.
The Washington Homeownership Center is an unbiased, community-sponsored, non-profit agency that seeks to increase and preserve homeownership for low and moderate-income individuals and families throughout Washington State."
